Jardin Gleason
Founding Principal
“Don’t build anything unless it is beautiful, well-thought-out, and functions at the highest level!” Jardin received his BS degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He carries the General Contractor license and is passionate about architectural design, the use of old world craftsmanship (especially timber framing) mixed with modern efficiency, real estate investments, and providing a superior experience for every client.
Jared Romney
Project Manager
Jared is a seasoned construction professional with nearly a decade of experience in roles such as superintendent, project manager, estimator, and general contractor. Known for his dedication and hands-on approach, he brings expertise and creativity to every project he takes on.
Outside of work, Jared is a devoted family man who enjoys coaching his son Dean’s football team, spending time outdoors, and creating meaningful moments with his young family of four.
Isabel Aizpurua
Designer
Isabel is from Venezuela and graduated from architecture school. She is passionate about designing and enjoys exploring interior design and creating 3D renderings.
When she’s not working, Isabel loves spending time outdoors, cooking, hitting the gym, running, watching movies, and traveling. She brings energy and creativity to everything she does!
